These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of acquisitionglobal.net (the "Site") and the text message program run by Acquisition Global, LLC ("Acquisition Global," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Acquisition Global is a real estate investment company. We buy, and sometimes resell, real estate for our own account, including through affiliated entities. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or law firm. We do not represent you in any transaction.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Creative finance transactions such as Subject-To, seller financing, and hybrid structures carry real risks. These include risks related to an existing loan's due-on-sale clause, insurance, and taxes. Before entering any transaction, you should consult your own attorney, tax professional, and other advisors.
3. No offer or commitment
Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell property, an offer of credit, or a solicitation for securities. Any offer we make is not binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Each transaction depends on our due diligence, title review, and the terms of that agreement. Example transactions and figures on the Site are illustrations; they are not promises of any result.
4. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Site's operation, scrape or copy its content in bulk, or try to gain unauthorized access to any system.
5. Text message program
Our text message program is called Acquisition Global Updates. It applies when you opt in by checking a consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first.
- What you will receive. Messages about your inquiry, property, offers, appointments, and transaction updates. If you separately opted in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional messages about our services.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop sending you messages. To rejoin, opt in again on our form.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (813) 694-3731.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belong to Acquisition Global or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquisition Global and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the text message program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These Terms do not change the terms of any signed purchase agreement or closing document. That signed agreement governs the transaction it covers.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acquisition Global and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
